Homeopathy is a holistic system of natural medicine that is used to stimulate the body to heal itself without any unwanted side effects, it is non-toxic and individual – meaning it is based on treating the whole person on every level, the physical, mental and emotional to restore health, rapidly, gently and permanently.
There is so much Homeopathy can help with, from skin issues to childhood trauma, broken bones to emotional issues. Each person will express symptoms of ‘disease’ that are unique to them.
From the consultation and family history, a remedy will be matched to your unique symptoms and picture. Remedies are made using highly diluted substances which are then potentized and succussed, all remedies are derived using plants, animal and minerals.

Athena Bray-Mucha RSHom LCHE is a certified Homeopath registered with The Society of Homeopaths.
In my practice, I welcome and treat everyone – babies, children and adults for any and all physical, mental or emotional issues.
What is homeopathy
Homeopathy is a system of natural energetic medicines that are sourced from plants, minerals and animals; the remedies are made by highly diluting and potentised (vigorously shaken) until the desired potency is attained.
By completing a series of questions about your physical, mental, emotional and family health history, this is where remedies are individualised to you.
